Description

Simple lines and the solid pine construction of the Savannah A-Frame Bunk Bed makes this twin-over-full bunk bed a handsome addition to your child's room. Part of the Heartland Collection, this bunk bed has a rustic wood style preserved by a durable three-stage lacquer finish. A built-in ladder created from wood slats on the side makes for easy access to the top bunk. Safety rails line the top bunk to keep your child safe as he or she sleeps. A 36-inch clearance between the beds helps make the bed feel open and inviting. If you need more clothing storage space in your child's bedroom, order the two optional under-bed drawers for space-saving storage. Assembled dimensions: 81L x 62W x 58H inches.

 

Mattresses (Not Included):

 

  • Use mattresses that are 74-75 inches long and 37 1/2 - 38 1/2 inches wide on top bunk.
  • Use mattresses that are 74-75 inches long and 52 1/2 - 53 1/2 inches wide on the bottom bunk.
  • Mattresses should not exceed 8 inches thick including the mattress surface and foundation combined.
  • Ensure mattress surface is at least 5 inches below upper edge of guardrails.

 

Please note: Bunk beds and loft beds are only to be used by children 6 years of age or older.

 

Falling and Strangulation Hazard! Do not hang on or attach to this bunk bed any items, including but not limited to hooks, belts, or ropes, that are not specifically designed for use with the bed.

    overall, this is a nice, sturdy bed. the wood is solid and strong. however, there isn't much head room for the person sleeping in the bottom bed. sitting up is not at all an option if you are older than 4 years old!

    the drawers only go about 1/4 of the way under the bed, and thus don't really provide much storage space at all. not a good buy, considering they cost over 1/3 of what the entire bed costs. bed = yes. drawers = no.

    This product is cheaply made! It fell apart and the side rails split on us as we assembled. It has an extremely rough finish. Wish I had purchased a different bed!

        they don't send any instructions, under bed drawers they are made cheap and short.. you will need a special tool to fix the bed.. when i get that tool will be a good bunk bed, until then my kid have to be very carefull when he goes to the top!!

          I love this bunk bed-- it is VERY sturdy and simply structured. The materials are high quality and the finish was nicely done. My husband and I assembled the bunk bed in about 90 minutes. Both the top single and bottom full size beds support grown people with no rickety creaking. This bunk bed was a very good value[...] This bed works well for us because the top bunk is not very high and there is good head clearance for my rowdy little boy (and not too far to fall off). However this makes the bottom bunk a bit claustrophobic as there is not much head clearance there. This doesn't bother us though as we will use the bottom bunk for occasional guests who will be very happy to sleep on a real bed rather than our pump up camp mattress :)

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            We own a motel in Bethel Maine and bought these for some of our rooms. They are well made and have stood up well for a year now. Guests love them. Very comfortable and sturdy. They do hold college age and adults comfortably.
